About the Role
Learning Vision is one of the established preschool brands under Busy Bees Asia, providing early childhood education and care for young children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment while supporting children's overall development through age-appropriate activities and experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on children's developmental needs and interests.
- Create a warm, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages children to learn through exploration and play.
- Support children's cognitive, language, social, emotional and physical development.
- Observe and document children's learning progress and developmental milestones.
- Implement classroom activities and learning experiences in accordance with the centre's curriculum and teaching approach.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised classroom environment.
- Ensure children's health, safety and well-being are prioritised at all times.
- Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, development and daily experiences.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and centre management to ensure effective classroom practices.
- Participate in school events, programmes, meetings and professional development activities.
- Follow the organisation's safeguarding and child protection policies and procedures. Busy Bees places strong emphasis on children's welfare, safety and protection from harm.
